Partner terms
- Commission. $25 for each paid order placed through your link, unless we agree a different amount with you in writing. We confirm a commission once the state has accepted the dissolution. Orders that are cancelled or refunded do not earn a commission.
- Attribution. An order counts when it is placed in the same visit as the click on your link, or within 60 days if the visitor accepted the optional referral cookie. Visitors who reject the cookie and come back later cannot be matched to you.
- Payout. Confirmed commissions are paid out on request. Reply to any commission email or write to contact@closellcnow.com to arrange it.
- Disclosure. Wherever you mention CloseLLCNow with your link, make clear that you earn a commission, for example with "affiliate link" or "I earn a commission if you order", as advertising law in the US (FTC) and the EU requires.
- Honest claims. Describe our service only as it is on this site. Do not promise outcomes, speed or savings we do not offer, do not say we give legal or tax advice, and do not present yourself as CloseLLCNow or use our name in paid search ads without our written consent.
- No spam. No unsolicited email or messages, no cookie stuffing, no orders of your own.
- Ending. Either side can end the partnership at any time by email. We can withhold commissions earned in breach of these terms. Commissions confirmed before the end are still paid.
- These terms are governed by German law. Paircat UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kolonnenstr. 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany, runs the program.
